Eid al-Fitr 2018 Seasonal Menu

Here in Desia’s Kitchen, we always celebrate Eid al-Fitr every year by developing some delicious cakes and cookies. For this year, we launched 3 new cakes dan 5 kind of cookies. Pre-order period started from the first week of Ramadhan untill 7 days before Eid.

The first cake was Rubi. We incorporated rose tea for the base cake and spread plenty of strawberry jam in between. To add sweetness, we frost it with vanilla buttercream all over the cake. Next cake was Yara, two layers of vanilla sponge cake filled and topped with kaasstengels cookies. Yara is unique with its sweet and savoury taste. Last but not least, Delilah. This four layers of chocolate cake filled with milk chocolate ganache and frosted with chocolate fudge was so perfect for chocolate lovers.

Beside cakes, we also baked cookies for Eid. Some were new and some were old creations. For the classics, we had kaasstengels and nastar. Then we also had Dark Choco Buttons, Cranberry Oatmeals and Matcha White Chocolate. We offered different grammage for packaging like 300gr for the big jar and 100gr for the Mini Troops. We also provided hamper boxes for customers who needed.
